How to file a service report

1. Fill in client and site details. Pick a Specific Date or Month for the service period.
2. Tap activities from the chips, then tap "Add selected". Or use "Add Custom Activity" for one-offs. Add the location, optional notes, and photos for each.
3. Add defects if anything needs flagging — title, description, and photos.
4. Choose sign-off mode in Step 4: Off, Printable lines, or Capture signature on screen.
5. Tap "Generate Report". Review the preview, then Download / Email / Share.

How to file an incident report

1. Fill in incident details — date and time, location, and incident type. Pick a severity rating.
2. For Staff Injury, a body diagram appears. Tap the front or back of the body to mark each injured part, then add side, injury type, and notes.
3. Describe what happened in plain notes — bullet points are fine. Add persons involved and any witnesses.
4. Attach evidence — scene photos and any CCTV reference.
5. Tick immediate actions taken and indicate whether insurance was notified.
6. Tap "Generate Report". Claude will polish your notes into a factual description for you to review, then the report appears with options to Download PDF, share via WhatsApp / Dropbox, or email.

Tip: Keep notes factual — Claude will not add details you did not write. Times, names, and observations are preserved exactly.

How to run a WSH safety audit

1. Fill in audit details — date, your name as inspector, client, site, and audit type.
2. Tap through the WSH checklist. For each item, mark Pass / Fail / N/A, take a photo, and add a quick note if needed.
3. Capture overall observations — anything specific the manager should know, plus general recommendations.
4. Tap "Generate Report". Claude will produce a clean, professional summary you can review before the PDF is built.
5. Download or share the PDF when ready. The manager will assign corrective actions separately.

Tip: A photo per item is recommended — even for items that pass. This gives the manager visual evidence and protects the inspector if something is questioned later.

How to record a toolbox briefing

1. Fill in briefing details — date, time, site, who's conducting, and duration.
2. Tap topics from the quick-pick list, then "Add selected". For each topic, jot down brief notes on what was discussed. Use "Add Custom Topic" for site-specific items.
3. Note site-specific hazards and any worker concerns/Q&A — Claude will polish your notes into clean prose.
4. Capture attendance — take a group photo (recommended), then add each attendee's name and role. Tap a row to add an optional signature for high-risk briefings.
5. Sign off as the conducting officer and tap "Generate Report".

Tip: A group photo + named attendance list is the standard documentation. Add individual signatures only when extra rigour is needed (e.g. post-incident or high-risk work).
